1. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services provided by Harmony Global. By booking our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours
  • Full charge for cancellations under 24 hours

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time or route changes

4. Service Standards

  • Professional, licensed drivers
  • Clean, well-maintained vehicles
  • Punctual service
  • 24/7 customer support

5. Liability

Harmony Global maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
